The alerts provided by Wisebatt in the Compiler fall into 2 categories : errors and warnings. Errors are so serious that they will block simulation, meaning that you will have to solve them to go further in your design. Warnings will not block the simulation, but might trigger estimation issues.

Understanding Behavior Errors

"No connected START found"

Your algorithm needs a start to function. Put the START box in the design space. Your algorithm needs to start with this state.

"Multiple START found"

There should be only one start in the design. Like the universe, there is only one big-bang to start it ;) Delete unnecessary START boxes.

"No instructions connected to YES branch"

For any IF box that is put in the algorithm, its YES branch should be connected to a instruction box and form a loop. Connect the end of the YES branch to an instruction box above the IF box.

"No instructions connected to NO branch"

For any IF box that is put in the algorithm, its NO branch should be connected to an instruction box and form a loop. Connect the end of the NO branch to an instruction box above the IF box.

"Infinite loop found on YES branch"

The YES branch should loop to another instruction box above the IF box. Connect the end of the YES branch to an instruction box above the IF box.

"No loop found on YES branch"

The YES branch should loop to another instruction box. Connect the end of the YES branch to an instruction box above the IF box.

"Infinite loop found on NO branch"

The YES branch should loop to another instruction box above the NO box. Connect the end of the NO branch to an instruction box above the IF box.

"No loop found on NO branch"

The YES branch should loop to another instruction box. Connect the end of the NO branch to an instruction box above the IF box.

Understanding Behavior Warning

"Instruction is isolated from the main flowchart"

An instruction box is not connected. Find it and delete it or connect it to the rest of the algorithm.
